System Log Enhancements

For Spring '10 many improvements have been made to the System Log console, including:

• The ability to set filters, that is, the category and level of information that gets recorded in the debug log. The combination of category and level specify which events get logged.
• The ability to maintain more than one log. You can select a specific log in order to view its details.
• A new UI for the console that lets you select a particular log or set of filters.
